The Fair at Heritage Park opened Thursday, May 18 to a line of eager children hugging the gate. Unlimited rides were just $15 for that evening only, so the Fair was the place to be for both kids and parents. TRZ Management also did away with the admission fee to give back to the Golden Strip community.
Partnering with the Center for Community Services, the Fair staff accepted donations of canned goods or money instead of the regular admission cost of $7. The food drive was a hit, and news of the deal spread quickly via social media.
Over 3000 cans were given by fair-goers, and $850 was raised.
Those that missed Thursday’s deal can still take advantage of daily specials and free shows. View the full brochure with pricing here: 2017 Fair at Heritage Park
The Fair at Heritage Park is open daily through May 28.
In addition to producing the Fair, TRZ Management handles the concerts at the Heritage Park Amphitheatre. The lineup this summer boasts Paul Simon and Lynyrd Skynyrd, and more shows will be announced throughout the year.
