The City of Simpsonville and local churches are joining together for National Day of Prayer on Thursday, May 4, from 12pm-1pm. Leaders will unite attendees in prayer for issues facing the city, the nation, the world, law enforcement, and students.
The National Day of Prayer has been observed across the country since 1952. The purpose is to invite people of all faiths to pray for the nation on the first Thursday of May each year, and Simpsonville’s event is open to all.

This event will be held at the Simpsonville Activity and Senior Center, located at 310 W. Curtis Street in downtown Simpsonville.
